Ondanks onze inspanningen om onze systemen en websites zo veilig mogelijk te houden, kan het voorkomen dat er toch een kwetsbaarheid aanwezig is. Als je een kwetsbaarheid ontdekt in onze website of systemen, horen we dat graag van je.Despite our efforts to keep our systems and websites as secure as possible, vulnerabilities may still exist. If you discover a vulnerability in our website or systems, we would like to hear from you.
Wat wij vragenWhat we ask of you
- ✓Meld de kwetsbaarheid zo snel mogelijk nadat je deze hebt ontdekt.
- ✓Misbruik de kwetsbaarheid niet, gebruik alleen wat noodzakelijk is om het probleem aan te tonen.
- ✓Deel de kwetsbaarheid niet met anderen totdat het probleem is opgelost.
- ✓Verwijder alle verkregen vertrouwelijke gegevens na het melden.
- ✓Verstrek voldoende informatie om het probleem te reproduceren.
- ✓Report the vulnerability as soon as possible after discovery.
- ✓Do not exploit the vulnerability, only do what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
- ✓Do not share the vulnerability with others until the issue has been resolved.
- ✓Delete any confidential data obtained during your research after reporting.
- ✓Provide sufficient information to reproduce the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

- ✓We ondernemen geen juridische stappen als je je aan bovenstaande richtlijnen houdt.
- ✓We will respond to your report within three business days.
- ✓We will treat your report confidentially and will not share your personal data without permission.
- ✓We will keep you informed of the progress in resolving the issue.
- ✓We will not take legal action if you comply with the guidelines above.
